How does payment work?
Complete checkout here first. Your order will be held as awaiting payment, then you’ll pay off site using the Venmo, PayPal, or Square/Cash App option you selected. Payment instructions and your order number appear after checkout.
Can I pick up or get a local drop-off?
Yes — if you’re in Northern Kentucky, choose free local pickup or free in-person drop-off at checkout. We’ll arrange details after payment. Otherwise, USPS shipping is calculated from your ZIP. See Shipping & returns.
How long will my order take?
Many pieces are printed to order. Check the lead time on the product page; when none is listed, expect it to ship in about 5–8 days. See Shipping & returns for more.
What are the pieces made from?
Most printed pieces are made with PLA, a plant-derived 3D-printing material. Earrings use surgical-steel findings where noted. Product details are the best source for a specific piece.
Will my piece look perfectly smooth?
Please note that 3D printed items are made by adding very thin layers of plastic, one layer at a time. Slight imperfections or rough edges are expected, but I do my best to avoid them.
How do I choose a size?
Check the product description for available measurements and fit notes. Because pieces are handmade, tiny variations are part of the process. If a measurement isn’t listed, ask before ordering.
