Shipping & returns
Small-batch pieces take a little time. Here’s what to expect from checkout to your doorstep.
Shipping
Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout from your ZIP code using USPS Ground Advantage retail estimates (zone + package weight), shipped from Northern Kentucky (41076). We add a small packaging allowance to the item weights. Rates are labeled as estimates — actual USPS postage may vary slightly with packaging. If we can’t map your ZIP to a zone, a fallback rate of $6.00 applies. You’ll receive an update at the email used during checkout when your order is on its way.
Local pickup & drop-off
Nearby customers in Northern Kentucky can choose free local pickup or free in-person drop-off at checkout instead of USPS. We’ll arrange the time and place with you after your order and payment — no shipping charge either way.
Print-to-order timing
Many pieces are printed to order. The lead time on each product is the best estimate for when it will ship; the usual default is 5–8 days. Handmade production can occasionally take a little longer, and we’ll get in touch if that happens.
About 3D-printed finish
Please note that 3D printed items are made by adding very thin layers of plastic, one layer at a time. Slight imperfections or rough edges are expected, but I do my best to avoid them.
Payment after checkout
Placing an order reserves your pieces and creates an awaiting-payment order. You’ll then continue off site to pay with Venmo, PayPal, or Square/Cash App, depending on the method you choose. Your order is confirmed for production after payment is received.
Returns & order issues
Because these are handmade and often printed to order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if something isn’t right. Include your order number and a quick description (and a photo if the item arrived damaged). We’ll respond personally and work with you on a fair solution. Please contact us before sending anything back.
